Bruce Lipton – Biology of Perception 6 of 7

“Biology of Belief” -Bruce Lipton “our beliefs are altering our biology every second. the more protection we think we need the more we stop growing. when you are in fear mode you shut down your cell growth and function. when you are in love mode your cells grow and function in a healthy manner.”-Bruce Lipton

we adjust our genes to fit the environment that “we think we live in”… our perception is what we think….when necessary “perception rewrites genes” .. 95% of cancer has no hereditary linkage!….95% of cancer is actively produced by a an individual’s perception rewriting their normal genes and making cancer genes!…perception is belief..our beliefs are altering our biology every second. … the more protection we think we need the more we stop growing….when you are in fear mode you shut down your cell growth and function. when you are in love mode your cells grow and function in a healthy manner..-bruce lipton

Daily Kabbalah Tune Up: Push Your Rock Push Your Rock

Wednesday July 27, 2011

There once was a man who had a huge desire to please God, so he prayed day and night until one day a Voice spoke to him, “I want you to go and push a rock.”

The man woke up the next morning elated, and ran outside to find a huge boulder. He began pushing it, but nothing happened, so he kept at it all day. The next day he did the same, yet it still didn’t budge an inch. He went on like that for three months, until one day he got so frustrated that he stopped pushing.

That night he had a dream, and the Voice asked him, “Why did you stop pushing?” “Nothing happened,” he answered. “Nothing happened? Look at you! Look how determined and focused you’ve become. Look how powerful your muscles are now. You’re no longer the person you were when you started.

Besides, I didn’t tell you to move the rock; I told you to push it. I’ll move the rock when it’s time.”

Keep pushing your rock. It’ll move at the right moment, in the perfect time, when you least expect it. And amazing things are happening, even if you’re not noticing them yet.

unconditional love is not accepting the drug addict or alcoholic because the addict has a demon inside who has eaten the real innocence of the person…. unconditional love is making that ugly manipulative demon spit up the real person anyway you can. real healthy friends and real healthy parents do not offer or support an environment that is conducive to any kind of drugs or alcohol. when somebody loves you… really loves you.. they don’t offer fun…they offer real authentic sober love. and that real reality often means sitting in their own therapy and with you for a very long time. people who have not looked into their own soul and have left their own life unexamined with wounds not brought into the light for healing are not capable of being an authentic friend or helpmate of healing to you, children, or the world. so, look at the truth of your relationships and if you want to live then choose friends and mentors that support your healing and your truth…and let the rest leave your life. sever the ties that keep you bound to a demon….even if it is friends and family related. unconditional love is loving God and yourself first. you cannot give what you do not have to give and if there is no truth there is no healing and therefore there can be no real love or real relationship of any kind. -sst

The Strong Calm Man

“The strong calm man is always loved and revered. He is like a shade-giving tree in a thirsty land or a sheltering rock in a storm. .. The calm man, having learned how to govern himself, knows how to adapt himself to others; and they, in turn, reverence his spiritual strength and feel that they can learn of him and rely upon him. …The more tranquil a man becomes, the greater is his success, his influence, his power for good. ..” -James Allen

“A man becomes calm in the measure that he understands himself as a thought-evolved being, for such knowledge necessitates the understanding of others as the result of thought and as he develops a right understanding and sees more and more clearly the internal relations of things by the actions of cause and effect, he ceases to fuss and fume and worry and grieve and remains poised, steadfast and serene.” -James Allen

“Only the wise man, only he whose thoughts are controlled and purified, makes the winds and the storms of the soul obey him.” -James Allen

I don’t know the answers…

I don’t believe art is created for commercial purposes. I believe it is created because there are those sensitive souls that must transmute the poisons of an insane world. what most choose to deny and supress must pop out somewhere…only so much dirt can be held beneath the carpet of life… generations hold or process what the prior ones could not… moving toward clean air for everyone is the goal but the mud is thick and hard in places where the soul refuses to go…so the artist must take his sculpting pen and carve away the old.. so in time the river of life will flow without the blood of sin…once again…and we will know… we were all born to love and be loved..yet that is so hard to do. saying yes to life and all the beauty shining through…we often feel unworthy of goodness when it comes… but all the pain has its reasons …to make us grow toward the sun. -shannan suzzette

being old
(c) 2011 shannan suzzette

when we are young
we seek the great power of passion
when we are old
we seek the simple power of trust
when we are young
we believe we have all the time
in the world
to build our dreams
and live our fantasies
when we are old
time is not what it seemed
and we are left with pieces of things
we never had time
to put together
we are left with holes
we never filled
we are left with
many things undone
but if we can remember this
one love who made time move slowly
we will have something
really important to hold
when we are old
and we will know
being young was a good thing
but being old is so much better

comfort is keeping it simple.

comfort is keeping it simple. with all this crazy power-hacking power-tripping peopled world, I am really glad I have opted for a small simple life. age is really a good thing when you are happy in your own skin. it takes so much energy to worry about having power. I’m happy just being a little lantern with a good pen and a moleskin. writers are simple that way. comfort in the quiet life. that’s power enough for me. -shannan suzzette
